Owner and Executive Chef Ryan Cotterell. Ryan's dream as a kid was to be a chef when he grew up. Throughout the years he has been a Chef at several Restaurants, Guest Ranches, and even as an Executive Chef for a hospital. Through it all he has refined his cooking techniques & skills. Ryan is very passionate about cooking simple food, which he defines by using fewer ingredients in dishes and focusing on the quality of the ingredients. He is French trained, but has experience cooking French, American, Ethnic, Vegan, & Vegetarian dishes. Ryan is a big believer in sustainability and believes that everyone can help reduce waste in landfills. Ryan believes that Chef's Table Food Truck will revolutionize the mobile food industry and fine dining in Montana and the surrounding states.
